Remote Linux server support
Remote Linux server support for private individuals who need help with Debian, Ubuntu, VPS, dedicated servers and self-hosted systems.
This service is intended for general Linux server issues that do not fall under a dedicated specialist service such as recovery, performance tuning, web stack troubleshooting, security hardening, networking, virtualization, ISPConfig or mail server work.
Typical issues I can help with
- Systemd services that fail to start or stop correctly
- Package manager and dependency problems
- Failed or incomplete updates where the server remains accessible
- SSH login, sudo, permissions and access issues
- General Linux configuration errors
- Broken scheduled tasks, cron jobs or maintenance processes
- Log analysis and troubleshooting
- Unexpected service behaviour or configuration conflicts
How the service works
Support is provided remotely and by appointment. Before any paid work begins, I review the issue and confirm whether I can help.
The selected session covers up to the purchased support time. If additional time or more extensive work is required, I will explain it clearly and continue only after your approval.
When another service is more appropriate
Severely damaged or inaccessible systems belong under Server Recovery. Performance bottlenecks, web stack issues, security work, networking, Proxmox, Docker, ISPConfig and mail server problems are handled through their respective dedicated services.
Direct support, no unnecessary layers
You deal directly with the person who reviews the problem and works on your system. No ticket maze, no account managers and no unnecessary handoffs.
This is a remote technical support service for private individuals.
