Answers before you ask
Do you offer a free initial review?
Yes. Describe the issue before purchasing a service and I’ll review the information you provide to understand the problem, confirm whether I can help, and suggest the most appropriate service.
How does a typical support session work?
Support is provided remotely and by appointment. Once the issue has been reviewed and the appropriate service purchased, I connect using the available remote access method and work directly on the problem.
Do you guarantee that every issue can be fixed?
No honest sysadmin can guarantee that every problem is fixable. Some issues depend on hardware failure, unavailable access, corrupted data, third-party limitations or other factors outside my control. I will always be clear about what can realistically be done.
What systems do you support?
I work primarily with Linux servers, VPSs, virtual machines and related infrastructure, including Debian, Ubuntu, Nginx, Proxmox, Docker, ISPConfig, mail servers, networks and VPNs.
What happens if more time is needed?
You only pay for the time purchased. If the work requires additional time, I will explain why and ask for your approval before continuing. No additional paid time is added automatically.
Is support available worldwide?
Yes. SYSOPGUY provides remote Linux and server support worldwide for private individuals. Sessions are available Monday to Saturday by appointment.
Don’t see your issue listed?
Describe the problem. I’ll review it and let you know whether I can help.
